What actions can I perform in the EH Work app as an employer or manager?

While EH Work is a comprehensive app which allows employers and managers to conduct many management activities, such as approving or declining leave requests, reviewing and approving staff goals and feedback, and viewing events in the workplace calendar, however there are some actions that are only currently accessible on your HR software's website.
